Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have automatic consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we will repair or replace the item.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:
Change of mind returns do not apply to items that have been worn, damaged, or are not in their original condition. Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for change of mind returns.
If you receive a faulty or defective item, you are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item.
To initiate a return:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. For change of mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable. For faulty or defective items, we will refund all costs including shipping.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund promptly to minimise any delay.
For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or we made an error. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return reaches us safely. For faulty items, we will cover all return shipping costs.
